- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Inspect materials for quantity and visible quality before acceptance.
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production as per authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Update all inward and outward transactions in ERP/software or inventory registers.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and support annual physical inventory.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels and inform the purchase department when replenishment is required.
- Ensure proper labeling, bin identification, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and material traceability.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store following 5S principles.
- Ensure protected storage and handling of materials.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies immediately.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
- Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedure

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
