Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement activities, vendor management, inventory planning, and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust negotiation skills, experience in vendor development, and the ability to ensure timely procurement of quality materials while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Finance, and Operations teams for procurement planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for uninterrupted manufacturing.




- Maintain supplier records and evaluate vendor performance.
- Handle supplier payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Prepare procurement reports and purchasing forecasts.

Requirements
