Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive store sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer complaints.
- Train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stock rotation (FIFO), and replenishment.
- Control shrinkage, damages, and loss prevention.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Monitor sales reports, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Implement in-store promotions and merchandising as per company guidelines.





Qualifications

- Minimum graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hypermarkets and supermarkets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates from palakkad are mostly preffered .

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
