Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
- Check on guests during their meal and respond to requests promptly.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning work areas.
- Process bills and payments if required

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Basic English communication (often preferred in hotels and restaurants).

Qualifications:

- High school diploma (10th/12th pass); a diploma or certificate in Hotel Management
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafés

Pay: ₹8,229.69 - ₹15,000.00 per month
