Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our automobile dealership/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in daily accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process sales, purchase, service, and expense invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain records of workshop and dealership expenses.
- Manage GST-related invoices and documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry in accounting software/DMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Experience in the Automobile Dealership / Workshop industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / DMS and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash and digital payment transactions at our automobile dealership/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, maintaining accurate records, issuing receipts, and ensuring proper cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive cash, card, UPI, cheque, and other customer payments.
- Collect payments for vehicle service, repairs, parts, accessories, and other dealership services.
- Issue receipts and payment acknowledgements to customers.
- Maintain daily cash collection and transaction records.
- Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
- Deposit cash and cheques as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of all payment transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Service, Parts, and Sales departments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and billing.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and payment entries in DMS/ERP/Tally.
- Prepare daily cash collection and deposit reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier.
- Experience in an Automobile Dealership / Workshop will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, DMS, ERP, or Tally.
- Good knowledge of cash handling and payment processes.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
