Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.




- Coordinate with HR for onboarding formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
