Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening (experience, skills, salary, notice period, communication).
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Handle client communication and provide hiring updates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Robust client handling and candidate screening skills. Good Communication with Confident approach to manage coordination.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
- International hiring experience will be an added advantage.
