Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Introduce and promote the company's digital services to businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Confidence in communicating through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding is an advantage.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
