Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation

- Develop and implement the overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals (lending, collections, digital channels)

- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including moving to cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure), mobile-first adoption, and AI/ML initiatives

- Act as a strategic technology resource for the company

2. Technology Operations & Infrastructure Management

- Own the core lending system (LOS, LMS, Collections) and ensure 99.9% uptime for business-critical applications

- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers, cloud infrastructure)

- Establish Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to maintain operational stability

3. Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure full compliance with RBI IT Framework for NBFCs, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards

- Implement robust cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint security, penetration testing)

- Manage IT audits and regulatory reporting

4. Team Management & Vendor Relations

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing IT team

- Manage relationships with technology vendors, FinTech partners,



and IT service providers

- Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions

- 5.Digital Transformation: Lead innovation initiatives including API integrations with fintech partners, cloud migration, and AI-driven automation

- 6.Security & Infrastructure: Oversee network operations, data security, cybersecurity, and vendor management to maintain high system reliability

- 7.Team Leadership: Manage a team of internal developers and external IT vendors throughout the system development life cycle (analysis to deployment)

- 8. Budgeting: Manage the annual IT capital and operational budget (CAPEX/OPEX)

9. Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, vendor management, and excellent verbal/written communication skills

- 10. Data Analysis: Use SQL to analyse backend data, validate data migration, and ensure data integrity
