Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an editor who is equal parts storyteller and motion designer - someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts, and bring them to life with clean, premium motion graphics.

You should be someone who:

- Lives and breathes motion design: kinetic typography, animated text, transitions, and graphic elements that feel premium, not gimmicky.
- Edits fast without dropping quality: you can turn a shoot around in hours, not days.
- Has a robust sense of pacing, rhythm, and the first-3-second hook.
- Understands premium/luxury aesthetics : clean, tasteful motion with restraint over clutter.
- Can design and animate lower-thirds, callouts, data/number reveals, logo stings, and animated captions.
- Has a good eye for timing, easing, and how motion guides attention.
- Takes a brief, gets the brand voice, and delivers with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and occasional long-form for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Design and animate motion graphics — kinetic captions,



text animations, transitions, infographics, and brand elements — that elevate every video.
- Cut raw footage into tight, engaging stories with strong hooks and clean pacing.
- Build and maintain reusable motion templates and a consistent, premium visual/motion style.
- Add sound design, music, and audio mixing that syncs with the motion.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
- Collaborate with our creators and social team, and turn edits around on tight timelines.

Skills

- After Effects (motion graphics & animation) : core
- Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut
- Kinetic typography, animated captions & transitions
- CapCut / VN
- Sound design & audio mixing
- Canva / Figma (basic)
- Google Docs / Notion

Bonus Points If You:

- Have a motion/animation reel or design portfolio (please share).
- Know color grading.
- Can design thumbnails, graphics, or simple brand assets.
- Understand luxury branding and premium visual storytelling.
