As a Business Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of business excellence and continuous improvement within our organization to drive sustainable growth. Your contributions will include developing and implementing methodologies, frameworks, strategies, policies, and plans that align with our overall firm strategy.
Scope/Impact:
- You will have a direct impact on all plants, including corporate operations.
- Your initiatives will significantly contribute to the top-line and bottom-line growth through continuous business excellence efforts.
Broad Role & Responsibility:
Your key responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
Business Excellence:
- Create and implement a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) roadmap.
- Provide TPM training and guidance across all plants.
- Identify opportunities for improving productivity and cost reduction strategies.
- Drive SAP S4 HANA implementation and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and monitor KPIs.
Focused Improvement Projects:
- Identify improvement projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Track financial benefits of projects and ensure timely closure with sustenance mechanisms.
Safety & Compliance:
- Assist in audits related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Competency:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid change management and interpersonal skills.
- Solid business acumen and strategic mindset.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate and above qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
