Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should possess solid design capabilities, technical expertise, client-handling skills, and experience managing residential and commercial projects.

This role requires a professional who can balance creativity with practical execution while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Create presentation materials, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Develop space planning solutions based on client requirements.

Technical Execution

- Prepare and review construction drawings and technical details.
- Ensure design compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review material selections, finishes, and specifications.

Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the design and execution process.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Team Coordination

- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project stages.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Architecture or Interior Design firms

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in both Residential and Commercial Projects
- Strong Portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, and building technology
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience leading small teams will be an added advantage
