Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of CRM applications.
- Validate business processes and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual test cases and document test results.
- Perform API testing using Postman and SOAP UI to validate CRM integrations.
- Test CRM integrations with banking systems, third-party applications, and middleware.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.
- Ensure CRM applications meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
