Role Description The Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing customer invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records in line with organizational policies. Responsibilities include reconciling customer accounts, monitoring overdue balances, following up on collections, and supporting cash flow planning. The executive will prepare and review financial reports related to receivables, assist in GST compliance for billing and collections, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes supporting audits, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret receivable data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as it relates to billing, compliance, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; prior experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
