Role Overview

We are seeking motivated freelance recruiters to support our hiring needs across various functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring manager/ founder to understand role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance is an advantage.
