We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.

Requirements





- 8–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in quality lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Meta Certified Qualified and/or Google Ads Certification.
- Experience handling campaigns for multiple industries.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale high-performing digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
