Job Description /Responsibilities:

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with

clients, engineers, and teams.

- Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within

budget.

- Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and

monitoring progress.

- Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing

concerns.

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specs and

timelines are met.

- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain

necessary permits.

- Identify risks and resolve issues promptly.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Should have experience in HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet

metal

- should have sound knowledge of various systems involved in HVAC and





should have basic knowledge of design

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a positive knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make

changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good Communication.

Work experience (Min. &Max.;):5 to 10 Years

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
