Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Supervisor with experience in civil and interior works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that projects are completed as per approved drawings, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at the project site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved AutoCAD layouts, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and internal project teams.

Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

Maintain daily site reports, work-progress records, and material-consumption details.

Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper housekeeping at the site.





Support basic electrical work coordination and inspection.

Verify measurements and completed work before contractor billing.

Ensure project activities are completed within the assigned timelines.

Be available to work in both day and night shifts, depending on project requirements.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1–2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in civil, interior, fit-out, or commercial office projects.

Good knowledge of civil and interior execution work.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and installations.

Ability to read and understand AutoCAD layouts, technical drawings, and interior plans.

Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Solid coordination, problem-solving, and site-management skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
