About us:

Established in 2019, Indico Labs in a London based business which provides the Market Research industry with creative data visualization software and services.

We are looking for a Senior Data and Charting Executive to join our newly formed Charting team. This person will report to the CEO and will play a key role in the development of our Charting service.

The role:

Your primary day-to-day role will be to populate ad-hoc and tracking reports using PowerPoint. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, from inception to delivery. You will take full ownership of your work.

What will I be doing?

- Populate PowerPoint reports using Excel
- Liaise directly with clients
- Understand project requirements
- Deliver projects in time
- Confirm report data accuracy
- Support sales and marketing team with lead generation
- Train and assist new Charting executives

Job requirements

What do I need to bring with me?

- Great communication skills both written and verbally




- Expert understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint & Excel
- Mathematics knowledge to organize and manipulate data in excel is a must
- Working knowledge of statistical tests commonly used in social science research
- Detail orientation is a must
- Experience with MACRO and VBA-based chart modifications in both Excel and PowerPoint is preferable
- Experience with Python a plus
- Insightful, quantitative thinker who excels at data analysis and visualization
- Takes initiative to learn new things
- Desire to improve upon existing processes, with a passion for efficiency
- Ability to translate technical insights into non-technical language
- Persistence to troubleshoot and refine scripts until error-free
- Able to manage time and work product to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Some experience with social science research including common variable types, considerations when presenting and analysing survey data
- Ideal candidate holds a degree in social science, applied research, statistics, mathematics or computer science
