Handle day-to-day operations of both centers

Ensure smooth patient flow from registration → consultation → treatment → discharge

Maintain clinical & non-clinical coordination

2. Business Development & Revenue

Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets

Increase patient footfall (OP/IP conversions)

Plan and execute:

Local marketing campaigns

Doctor referrals

Tie-ups with hospitals/clinics

Monitor IVF cycles, conversion rates, and profitability

3. Team Management

Lead and supervise:

Front office staff

Nurses & coordinators

Marketing executives

Handle:

Hiring & training

Duty rosters

Performance reviews (KPI-based)

4. Patient Experience & Counselling Oversight

Ensure high-quality patient counselling & conversion

Resolve escalations and complaints

Maintain patient satisfaction standards

5. Financial & Administrative Control

Monitor:

Billing & collections

Expenses & budgets

Ensure cost control without affecting quality

Prepare MIS reports for management

6. Compliance & Quality

Ensure adherence to:

Medical protocols

IVF regulations & legal compliance

Maintain hygiene,



NABH standards (if applicable)

7. Coordination with Doctors

Work closely with fertility specialists for:

Treatment planning

Patient case discussions

Ensure doctor schedules are optimized

Key KPIs

Patient conversion rate

IVF success cycle tracking (support role)

Revenue growth (monthly/quarterly)

Patient satisfaction score

Staff retention & performance

Qualification

MBA (Hospital Management / HR / Marketing preferred)

OR Any healthcare management background

Experience

3–8+ years in:

Hospital administration / IVF / healthcare operations

Experience handling multiple branches (cluster role) is a big advantage
