BEST MONEY GOLD JEWELLERY PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented professionals while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and meeting the organization's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment events to attract quality talent.

Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.




- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor laws is an added advantage.
