About the Role

Sikka Estates is looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Telesales & CRM Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with customers, and be comfortable managing leads using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Explain our real estate services professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Update customer information, call records, follow-up activities, and lead status in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.




- Coordinate with the sales and management teams.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
