Job Description – Business Development Executive (Sports Equipment)

Position: Business Development Executive – Sports Equipment
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Mumbai.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Sports Equipment business. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling sports equipment and possess a strong understanding of the sports industry. Candidates with a sports background or active involvement in sports will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for sports equipment sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, corporate clients, and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

Preferred Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sports equipment sales or business development.
- Candidates with a sports background (player, coach, sports management, or related field) will be preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
