Docterz Health Tech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to drive business growth by connecting with doctors, conducting online product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations via Google Meet.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Share proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Collect payments and coordinate the onboarding process.
Conduct welcome meetings after successful sales closure.
Handover customers to the Customer Success team for a smooth transition.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
