Position: Planning & Billing Engineer
Experience: 5–6 Years
Industry: Construction / Civil / PMC
Location: [iffco chowk gurugram]
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
- Prepare, verify, and process client and contractor RA bills.
- Review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with site, design, and client teams for billing and planning activities.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and work progress.
- Maintain project documentation, billing records, and MIS reports.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in planning and billing for residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, billing, and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
