We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers Handle inbound inquiries and explain services/products Generate and follow up on leads Maintain customer database and records Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Coordinate with the service team for appointments

Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales Positive communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset Benefits: Fixed salary ₹15,000 Incentives based on performance Friendly and growth-oriented work environment
