Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for duct cleaning projects. The role focuses on fulfilling manpower requirements within target timelines and ensuring the availability of skilled technicians, helpers, and supervisors for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and local networks.
- Recruit duct cleaning technicians, HVAC technicians, helpers, and supervisors.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate trade tests and final interviews with the operations team.
- Maintain a database of skilled and unskilled manpower.




- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates until deployment at project sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
