SR. SUPRRVISOR - (RCC + FINISHING)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitor DG / HT / LT reading and report daily

2. Monitor vendor and PFMS staff attendance and report daily

3. Check for all requirements mentioned in Ops Checklist & maintain relevant

4. Monitor Diesel usage for DG set and ensure that it is requisitioned a day in advance

5. Update daily duty handover register with activities / tasks of the day

6. Maintain visitor entry book

7. Ensure common area cleaning is done as per schedule

8. Any downtime or other critical incident on site to be addressed immediately and recorded and reported to office

9. Ensure grooming standard for pride & vendor maintenance staff is upto the mark

10. Ensure vendors staff training is conducted by respective vendors once in month

11. Handle overall reports and documentation responsibilities as required

12. Ensure that Invoice is generated based on HT bills received from MSEDCL and payment is collected from customers as per defined timelines

Ensure Quarterly BMS invoices is raised, and payment is collected within due date

14. Ensure bills for all vendors to be reached HO on time

15. Ensure reimbursement payments are collected from the customer on time

16. Gather customer feedback on CSR form and maintain complaint register onsite with weekly signature from client

17. Identify actionable & ensure execution for improvement on low scoring points on CSR Form

18. Maintain of all equipment to be done as per plan Schedules, maintain snag list on monthly basis.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Communication, Inter-personal & Co-ordination skills, Result orientation

Experience in managing customers and collection desirable

Experience & Educational Qualifications

1. 8-15 years of experience

2. ITI / Diploma in Electrical
