Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in, Mass Communications/English/Public Relations, or Journalism.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working as a social media executive or similar roles.
- Possess a solid understanding of social media strategies and effective marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, PINTEREST and YOUTUBE.
- Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Good with Ms Office and Google Workspace apps.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Monitor and strategize company’s social media and online presence. Recommend techniques to improve the company’s public image.
- Collaborate,



onboard and coordinate with Artists and Affiliates.
- Write content for both print and Web including the company website, blog, brochures, and any other creatives.
- Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company’s brand identity strategy.
- Run ads as and when necessary.
- Planning and Execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Interdepartmental coordination.
- Keep an eye on social media trends
- Communication on social media handles.

Office timing: - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
