Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads from OEMs and industrial customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for RFQ, costing, and order execution.
- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure timely support.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new projects.
- Support vendor development and recent product development activities.
- Prepare business reports, sales MIS, and customer visit reports.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Visit customers regularly for business meetings and project discussions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry and customer handling.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Development in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in CNC machining, automotive, casting, or engineering components industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
