Requirement: Candidate must be interested in working with Hospital BMS (Building Management System)

Key Responsibilities (Short JD)

- Oversee civil maintenance and infrastructure management of the hospital.
- Monitor and manage Hospital BMS (Building Management System).
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing & safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and in-house maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire norms, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain documentation, AMC records, and audit preparedness.
- Support infrastructure planning and facility upgrades.
