Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute Cold Outreach, Organic Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality organic leads through various social media platforms and online channels.
- Develop and implement effective online branding, SMO, and engagement strategies.
- Handle social media promotions, audience engagement, and organic marketing campaigns.
- Connect and interact with international clients through non-voice communication channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve digital marketing performance on a daily basis.
- Evaluate customer journeys across multiple touchpoints to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and overall marketing effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent English communication and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Organic Lead Generation, or Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of online branding, SMO, and audience engagement strategies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
