We are building a new B2B procurement vertical where companies can share their procurement needs with Bino and get reliable suppliers, quotes, and fulfillment support through our AI-native operating system.

We are looking for a Procurement Head who can own this vertical end-to-end. This is not a routine purchase manager role. You will use your supplier network, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and operational judgment to help businesses source products and services faster, cheaper, and more reliably.

Responsibilities

- Own and build Bino’s B2B procurement vertical from the ground up.
- Use your existing supplier/vendor network to fulfill procurement requirements from companies.
- Source quotes for industrial, office, facility, MRO, equipment, services, and other business procurement needs.
- Identify, verify, and onboard reliable suppliers across categories.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and service commitments.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and Bino’s internal AI/tech team to close procurement requests.
- Build repeatable supplier databases, category playbooks, price benchmarks, and fulfillment processes.




- Track supplier reliability: response time, quote quality, delivery performance, complaints, and repeatability.
- Help convert procurement activity into a scalable AI-powered procurement network.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, supply chain, B2B sales, trading, distribution, or industrial supplies.
- Strong vendor/supplier network across one or more categories.
- Ability to source quickly through calls, WhatsApp, references, distributors, and local networks.
- Strong negotiation and commercial sense.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and ownership.
- Valuable written and spoken communication.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRMs, and AI tools.
- Bonus: experience in industrial supplies, MRO, electricals, hardware, construction materials, facility services, logistics, office procurement, or corporate vendor management.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
