About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in operations, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR administration while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for recent employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate performance review and probation confirmation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support HR reporting, MIS, and documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to address hiring and HR operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience (or above) in an HR role.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance management, compliance, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
