Position: PPC & Operations Executive

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA (Operations) can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in production planning and scheduling as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and update daily production plans and reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion.
- Update production data and maintain ERP/MIS records.
- Track raw material availability and coordinate with the Purchase team.
- Support inventory monitoring and production planning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Help identify production delays and support corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Skills:





- Basic knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
