Coordinate technical assessments/coding roundsInterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel, track feedback, and drive timelinesOffer & Closure: Negotiate CTC, roll out offers, manage onboarding and background checksPipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche IT rolesReporting: Maintain ATS data, share weekly hiring dashboards and TAT metricsMarket Research: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring
