Purchase Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage our procurement operations and ensure a steady supply of high-quality industrial products. The ideal candidate will actively coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, track incoming shipments, and maintain accurate procurement records to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the daily sourcing and procurement of bearings and industrial products, ensuring all inventory requirements for B2B orders are met promptly.
- Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to request quotations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate cost-effective rates and favorable payment terms.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs), track incoming shipments continuously,



and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure the timely receipt of goods.
- Address and resolve any supply delays, transit damages, quality issues, or documentation discrepancies (such as vendor invoices, e-way bills, or Goods Receipt Notes) promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records of all purchase logs, vendor details, pricing histories, and inventory movement.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills: Solid verbal communication in Hindi and English, excellent negotiation and organizational skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel for purchase record-keeping and PO generation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
