Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Engineer – Sales / Senior Sales Engineer with experience in Industrial Automation Sales. The role involves handling customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and driving sales for Rockwell Automation products including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, and Safety Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Industrial Automation products in assigned territories.
- Develop new customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
- Manage sales funnel, lead qualification,
negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I;, Robotics & Automation.
- 3+ years of experience in Automation Sales / Industrial Sales.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products will be preferred.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
