We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates/Executives to join our growing team. This prospect is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in healthcare sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote GD's diagnostic services.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze the local market and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and payment follow-up.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Passion for sales and business development.
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
