Key Responsibilities

- Order Management & Processing:
- Track, process, and fulfill incoming daily orders.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle order updates, exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
- Customer Support & Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, phone, and chat/WhatsApp.
- Resolve complaints or delivery issues with a helpful and professional tone.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to build brand trust and satisfaction.
- Daily Accounting & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update daily accounts,



sales records, and petty cash logs.
- Reconcile payments, track outstanding invoices, and record daily expenses.
- Assist in basic weekly/monthly financial reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or software like Tally/Zoho Books is a plus).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
