We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Visual Gems ERP Admin to manage and support ERP-related operations within our garment manufacturing processes.

Job Summary

The Visual Gems ERP Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Visual Gems ERP system, coordinating with production, merchandising, inventory, and shipping teams, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting across departments. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP systems in the garment industry and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize production, merchandising, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and shipping departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track orders, approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Handle documentation related to garments, trims, fabrics, and accessories.




- Manage and update the Visual Gems ERP system with accurate production, inventory, and order data.
- Support communication with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage emails, filing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist management with operational and administrative support.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the garment, apparel, or textile industry preferred.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of garment production processes.
- Experience working with Visual Gems ERP or similar garment ERP software.
- Understanding of merchandising and order tracking.
- Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
