Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, banners, emailers, and other marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and design marketing event-related graphics, including invitations, standees, backdrops, booth designs, etc.
- Develop infographics, carousels, and creative posts that align with content marketing goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the content and optimize it for better visual appeal.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- If skilled in video creation, develop short videos, motion graphics, and video edits for marketing campaigns (Added Advantage).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

- Creativity & Design Thinking: Ability to conceptualize unique and engaging visuals independently (VERY IMPORTANT).
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or any other relevant design software.
- UI/UX Design (Preferred): Basic knowledge of Figma/XD for web-based designs.
- Ability to optimize graphics for different platforms (social media, web, print, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.




- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
