Role Description The Business Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Nexfore Consulting’s safety, audit, training, and licensing services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and industry analysis, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal project teams, and tracking sales performance against growth targets. The Business Growth Manager will collaborate with leadership to design and implement growth strategies, participate in client meetings and negotiations, and ensure that client needs are translated into effective service offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Analytics to assess markets, identify opportunities, and track performance.
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage with clients, present solutions,



and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proven Sales skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and close business deals.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to coordinate delivery of consulting engagements and ensure timely execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting, safety services, or professional services business development is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Thane, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools to support pipeline management and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
