Operation and Maintenance (both preventive & corrective) of Telecom equipment (Electronics):- Doing maintenance of Core Telecom equipment (electronics) like field level services (Radio network field activities- Hard resetting, Card replacement, UBR Antenna adjustment, console login etc. along with rigger cum technician); IP (L2 Switch ), Wi-Fi (APs,



switches), equipment installed at IBS, indoor Wi-Fi, Small Cells Locations etc. are in SP’s scope. In case of equipment alarm/failure, SP will take the corrective action. In case issue is not resolved he will seek guidance from NOC and will arrange hardware from nearest MP/JC as per Material issue/ movement/return procedure and replace the hardware.

Operation and Maintenance of indoor OFC:- Operation and Maintenance of indoor OFC and its associated equipment connecting/installed at the indoor Facilities (indoor Wi-Fi, Small Cells Locations; IBS etc), fibre cable from L2 switch (in rack / JB) to small cell / AP.
