About the role

Squad Health is a healthcare AI company focused on offering services and software to patients of medical practices to remove barriers to treatment, particularly prescription access. . We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Hiring Coordinator to fully own our recruiting pipeline - from top-of-funnel sourcing to scheduling final-round interviews and onboarding new hires. This is not a task-taker role. We need someone who spots problems, solves them independently, and drives outcomes for the company.

What you'll own

- Full-cycle recruiting pipeline - actively source, screen, and move candidates through the funnel on several job boards with 100’s of candidates weekly.
- Interview scheduling - coordinate and schedule all interview rounds with enough lead time.
- Job postings - refine, publish, and actively iterate job descriptions based on feedback
- Application review - clear inbound applications across all platforms
- Onboarding - ensure new hires are set up on all required tools and systems before day one
- Training support - complete onboarding training yourself, then assist in delivering sessions and developing training materials for new hires

What success looks like

- Consistently hitting our weekly hiring targets




- Inbound applications are reviewed same-day or next-day across all active job boards
- Interview scheduling is proactive - calendar invites go out 24 in advance to ensure a good candidate experience
- New hires show up to day one fully onboarded and set up
- Problems get solved or escalated with a proposed solution

Must haves

- 2+ years in recruiting, HR coordination, or a high-ownership ops role
- Experience managing job boards (Indeed or similar)
- Robust written English - you communicate clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across time zones with minimal oversight
- Extreme attention to detail and strong follow-through

- You need frequent check-ins or reminders to complete assignments
- You surface problems without attempting to solve them first
- You treat task completion as success regardless of the outcome
- You're not comfortable owning a metric (e.g., qualified candidates per week)

Nice to have

- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical staffing
- Familiarity with urology or allergy practice workflows
- Prior experience managing or training new hires

Pay: ₹67,200.00 - ₹134,400.00 per month
