Position Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and maintenance of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures high tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and optimal return on investment for property owners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day property operations.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

2. Tenant & Lease Management

- Manage tenant onboarding, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Address tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on arrears.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships to improve retention.

3. Financial Management

- Prepare and manage property budgets.
- Monitor income, expenses, and profitability.
- Generate financial and occupancy reports.
- Control operating costs and approve vendor invoices.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise contractors for maintenance and renovation work.
- Ensure work quality and cost efficiency.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with local property laws, safety regulations, and housing standards.
- Maintain insurance documentation and safety protocols.
- Handle legal notices, evictions, and documentation when required.

6. Marketing & Leasing Support

- Collaborate with marketing teams to advertise vacant units.
- Conduct property tours and assist in leasing activities.
- Monitor market trends and rental pricing strategies

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
