Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CA Intermediate with 6+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, banking, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling audits, bank documentation, ROC compliances, GST, Income Tax, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file MSME Forms, DPT-3, and ROC forms/returns.
- Handle banking documentation for working capital limit renewals, stock audits, due diligence, and credit rating agencies.
- Prepare QOS, HOS, QFR, and UFCE reports for banks.
- Prepare monthly MIS, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
- Finalize books of accounts, including depreciation, inter-branch reconciliation, reserve & surplus adjustments, and year-end closing entries.
- Prepare provisional and final financial statements for banks and statutory purposes.
- Compute advance tax and support Income Tax compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile ITR with AIS, TIS, and 26AS.
- Handle GST compliance, assessments, and notices.
- Manage Income Tax cases and coordinate with consultants, auditors, and management.




- Prepare related party transaction reports, debtor/creditor ageing, and other financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in the jewellery, retail, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle statutory compliances, audits, and financial reporting.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹55,000.63 - ₹800,007.60 per month
