Videographer & Video Editor Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer & Video Editor Intern to join our media team. The selected candidate will work closely with our journalist and travel to various locations to shoot and produce engaging video content based on topics assigned by the management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling, videography, and digital content creation, and wants hands-on experience in real-world media production.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel with the journalist to assigned locations for video shoots.
- Capture high-quality video footage for YouTube and digital platforms.
- Edit videos into engaging, professional-quality content.
- Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, music, and effects where appropriate.
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with the journalist and management to ensure content aligns with assigned topics.
- Organize and maintain video files and project assets.
- Meet production timelines and upload-ready deadlines.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of videography and camera handling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,



or similar.
- Understanding of framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers and students with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating YouTube or social media content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and color correction.
- Familiarity with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and gimbals.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage.
