About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international holidays, provide expert travel advice, and achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa documentation and travel insurance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Process bookings, payments, invoices, and travel documents.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline offers, and visa requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally before, during, and after travel.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
