Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in core Finance processes and strong hands-on capability in platforms such as SAP Ariba, Data Analytics, or Anaplan.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution. You will partner with Finance leadership, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to analyze business processes, architect scalable technology solutions, and lead enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Partnering & Consulting: Collaborate closely with Finance business teams to understand operational workflows, identify pain points, and discover process improvement opportunities.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust functional specifications, technical solution designs, and clear process flow diagrams.
- Project & Delivery Management: Partner with internal IT teams, business users, and third-party implementation vendors to drive end-to-end solution delivery across Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
- Full Lifecycle Support: Actively lead requirement gathering workshops, solution validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Optimization & Analytics: Drive automation, data-driven insights, reporting, and process optimization across financial and procurement operations.
- System Integration & Troubleshooting: Support data flows, API/interface integrations between enterprise platforms, and lead technical troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceExperience





- 8+ years of progressive experience in the Finance domain as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.

Functional Expertise

Deep functional knowledge across core financial domain processes, including:

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL) & Financial Reporting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Technical / Platform Expertise

Hands-on proficiency in one or more of the following domain areas:

- SAP Ariba: Upstream/Downstream modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Data Analytics: Enterprise reporting, dashboard creation, data modeling, and business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Anaplan: Financial planning, driver-based modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and connected planning solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with core ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration strategies, data architecture, and ETL processes.
- Proven track record of working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Pay: ₹2,028,045.17 - ₹3,592,832.52 per year
